JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring skilled Electricians to handle electrical operations, maintenance, and breakdown support in a gated community apartment complex. The role ensures uninterrupted power supply, electrical safety, and timely resolution of resident complaints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and repair internal and common-area electrical systems.
- Attend electrical complaints from residents within defined TAT.
- Inspect and maintain panels, DBs, cabling, switches, and lighting systems.
- Monitor DG sets, AMF panels, UPS, and power backup systems.
- Identify faults, short circuits, and load issues and carry out rectification.
- Ensure electrical safety, earthing, and compliance with site SOPs.
- Maintain daily work logs, breakdown reports, and material consumption records.
- Coordinate with vendors for major electrical works if required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Trade (mandatory).
- Valid Electrical License (preferred as per local regulations).
- Experience in gated communities, apartments, or commercial buildings preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, panels, and power distribution.
- Basic knowledge of DG, UPS, and solar systems (added advantage).
- Ability to work independently and during emergencies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
WORK CONDITIONS
- Site-based role.
- Shift / rotational duty as per site requirement.
- On-call availability during power failures and emergencies.
PREFERRED CANDIDATES
- Experience in high-rise residential buildings.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance.
