JOB TITLE: Customer Support-Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
• Proactively asking for customer feedback or product reviews via E-mail and other techniques and keeping a track of the same
• Review request email campaigns using CRM software specialized for Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Will be responsible for responding to customer’s web reviews regarding online orders
• Respond to customer questions on products, features and technical specifications
• Addressing to customer concerns / complaints and convince the customer to withdraw the negative review.
• Understanding the client’s problems and giving the best solutions to them and if necessary, escalating the issue to management.
• Coordinate with management in Canada to on technical details of products, feedback, guidance on responding.
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Desired Candidate’s Profile
• Excellent in English communication – written & verbal.
• Must have 7+ years of proven experience in customer service role preferably in the same field may apply.
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate may apply.
• Experience of working with CRM software like feedback whiz or like will be added advantage.
• Must have experience of working in a highly competitive, time bound and deadlines driven working environment.
• Must have the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle many projects/assignments at the same time.
• Patient & attentive listening & comprehension.
• Customer service orientation.
