o Perform Level 1 troubleshooting of server slowdowns and errant behavior, based on specific procedures
o Escalate technical problems to various parties including on-call engineer and vendors
o Efficiently communicate with customer regarding ongoing issues
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems with an emphasis on Linux
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting networking and web technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, LAMP stack, etc.)
