Position: Apprenticeship Trainee – Production / Quality (Electrical)

Location: HP Chowk, Mhalunge

Job Type: Apprenticeship / Training (Full-time)

Job Description:
An established electrical company near HP Chowk, Mhalunge is hiring Apprenticeship Trainees for the Production and Quality departments. The trainee will work in manufacturing of light transformers and main DP units of 15 to 20 ft, supporting day‑to‑day shop-floor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assembly and manufacturing of light transformers and distribution panels
  • Support production operations like winding, fitting, wiring, and testing as per instructions
  • Help in basic quality checks and inspection of finished products
  • Maintain proper documentation, production records, and follow standard procedures
  • Ensure safety, housekeeping, and discipline in the work area
  • Coordinate with engineers/supervisors to achieve daily production targets

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification & stipend:
    • 10th / 12th: ₹15,800 per month
    • ITI: ₹16,800 per month
    • Diploma: ₹17,800 per month
  • Gender: Only Male candidates
  • Physically fit and willing to work in transformer manufacturing environment
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts
