Major Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Plans and coordinates all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.

Manages project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed.

Develops and manages project pricing and plans across the scoping, design, development, and production phases of a project to support the successful delivery within set KPIs.

Delivers quality projects efficiently to customers from multiple BUs, within the agreed time and cost.

Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.

Estimates the work plan and track the activities closely and report the progress on a regular basis.

Defines and communicates the roles/responsibilities to the stakeholders. Defines the communication plan and implements the same.

Demonstrates strong project management, client communication skills, and close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal delivery teams.

Develops, defines, and executes project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables.

Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget.

Supervises all software development activities like Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Roll out.

Professional Expertise

Good understanding in the areas of software applications, databases, and enterprise systems architecture.

Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organizational skills.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all the processes of software development lifecycle.

Confident, proactive self-starters, comfortable in managing and engaging others.

Investigative mindset to research, review and close the gaps where necessary.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, Agile methodologies, SDLC and Jira best practices
