Stipend / benefits
- 10th / 12th / ITI: Rs. 22,500 per month
- Diploma: Rs. 22,000 per month
- Facilities: Canteen available as per company policy.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily production activities including loading/unloading, packing and material movement on the shop floor.
- Operate and monitor CNC machines for basic machining operations under the guidance of supervisors.
- Check components visually and with basic measuring tools to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety rules and maintain housekeeping in the work area.
- Report machine issues, quality problems and production status to line leaders or engineers.
Eligibility & skills
- Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (any relevant technical or vocational stream).
- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior exposure to CNC / production will be an added advantage.
- Skills: willingness to work 12‑hour rotational shifts, ability to stand for long durations and work in a fast‑paced manufacturing setup.
