Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Site Manager. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing crews, communicating with clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Site Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, complying with all safety regulations, and ensuring that all work meets company standards.
Qualifications
• Experience in construction project management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
