Come, discover your potential at Lodha. Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and eager MEP Engineers to join our team. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry, while working alongside experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge that will help advance your career. Key Responsibilities : â?¢ Assist with monitoring construction activities as instructed by Package Manager – including progress and quality, work flow sequence, coordinating contractor payments, safety and quality compliance â?¢ Learn new softwareâ??s /skills every year to enhance knowledge, suggest new ways /improvement areas in current working/system â?¢ Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills. â?¢ Support the team to get fortnightly and monthly plan from manager, understand the same and prepare planning for resources â?¢ Keep weekly record for productivity and wastage, if any â?¢ Supervise quality workmanship and avoid rework Requirements: â?¢ B.E / B.Tech- Mechanical/Electrical (2025/2024/2023 year pass-outs) â?¢ Strong interest in MEP Engineering/ Real Estate /Construction Industry â?¢ Excellent communication and organizational skills. â?¢ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
