The person will be responsible for building and maintaining client/account relationships with new clients. Ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the outbound/offshore sales process, ability to identify marketplace opportunities and deliver to Cyan360’s client needs and assist in developing sales goals with focus and securing profitable new business.

• 9+ years with sales experience.
• Experience working with US customers is must
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Prior experience with SAP, integration and data analytic tools are highly desired.
• Proven ability to establish credibility and build a trusted advisor relationship with prospective decision makers and senior buyers
• Proven successful participation in sales cycle of large and complex opportunities
• Hands-on experience with multiple outsourced delivery engagements, particularly offshore-based programs
• Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Sales and Delivery teams in multiple regions across the globe
• Strong computer literacy and Bachelor?s degree required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
