We are seeking a General Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality real estate services to our clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing sales, marketing, and customer service teams. They will ensure that the company is appropriately staffed and that team members are meeting performance targets Responbile to handle around 5-6 employees and need to make sure monthly targets achieved in his restive territory Responbile for Client and Customer After Sales Collections.

Qualifications
• Management skills, including experience managing teams and budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strategic and innovative thinking to identify new business opportunities and growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience working within a startup environment where a similar role profile is necessary.
• Excellent skills in creating and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, shareholders, board and investors and other stakeholders
