Location: Ranjangaon (Food Company)
Job Summary
Apprenticeship trainees will work on various processes in a food manufacturing unit, including production, packing, quality checks, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards on the shop floor.
Qualifications and Salary
Education: 5th to 12th pass (unskilled, semiskilled, skilled).
Unskilled stipend: Rs. 13,690/- per month.
Semiskilled stipend: Rs. 14,687/- per month.
Skilled stipend: Rs. 15,632/- per month.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in operating machines and handling food products as per instructions.
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines on the production line.
Support packing, loading, unloading, and material movement activities.
Work in rotational shifts and complete assigned targets within 8 working hours.
Working Conditions and Benefits
Working hours: 8 hours per day with rotational shifts.
Facilities: Bus and canteen available at the company.
Benefits: PF / ESIC available as per company policy.
Overtime: Rs. 150/- per hour as applicable.
