Finance Apprentice

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for detail-oriented and analytical candidates to join as Finance Apprentices. This role offers hands-on exposure to core accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance processes within a dynamic aerospace and engineering environment. Apprentices will work closely with finance teams to ensure accuracy in financial records, timely processing, and adherence to statutory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform data entry and maintenance of financial records
- Assist in invoice booking and processing
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) activities
- Participate in General Ledger (GL) reconciliation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and documentation
- Assist during internal and external audits
- Support TDS calculations, working, and compliance
- Assist in GST-related activities and filings
- Maintain proper documentation and financial reports
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BBA / MBA in Finance
- Freshers are welcome to apply
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Understanding of GST and TDS concepts
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow in finance domain
WORK CONDITIONS
- Office-based role in Gujarat

STIPEND
BBA: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month
MBA: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month
