JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Content Management team as a Content Manager Assistant (Knowledge Repository Coordinator). This role offers hands-on exposure to content standardization, knowledge management, and CMS (Content Management System) implementation.
The apprentice will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Member Services and Member Operations to ensure that knowledge assets are well-structured, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational standards. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in content operations, system integration, and enterprise knowledge management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in reviewing and updating existing knowledge assets to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to standardize and organize content across departments.
- Support content migration and implementation of the new Content Management System (CMS).
- Ensure all content aligns with defined standards for consistency and accessibility.
- Participate in content audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and manage the knowledge repository for easy access and usability.
- Assist in documentation preparation, updates, and version control.
- Provide support during CMS rollout, including basic user assistance and training coordination.
- Track content updates and ensure proper documentation of changes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate (Any discipline).
- Strong interest in content management, knowledge systems, or operations.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English required).
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain content accuracy.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize information systematically.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
