* CNC VMC Operators
* Fitters
* Foundry Supervisors
* Helpers
* Core Shop Operators
Key Responsibilities (Role-Specific):
* Operate CNC VMC machines for precision machining (Operators).
* Assemble, fit, and maintain mechanical components (Fitters).
* Supervise foundry processes, ensure quality and safety (Supervisors).
* Assist in core making, molding, and shop floor operations (Core Shop/Helpers).
* Follow safety protocols, maintain equipment, and meet production targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
* ITI, Diploma (Mechanical), or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
* Hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, fitting, foundry, or core shop (preferred).
* Basic knowledge of tools, safety standards, and quality control.
* Team player with good communication skills.
