JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduates to join as Apprentices in Project Execution (Finishing Works). This role provides hands-on exposure to finishing activities in large-scale residential and commercial real estate projects. Apprentices will work closely with site engineers and managers to understand execution standards, quality control, planning, and contractor coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor finishing activities including execution, progress tracking, and quality checks.

• Ensure workflow sequence is followed as per project plan.

• Coordinate with site commercial team for contractor bill certification, ensuring safety and quality compliance.

• Execute and supervise finishing works such as flooring, painting, carpentry, and related items.

• Support preparation of fortnightly and monthly work plans in coordination with reporting manager.

• Assist in resource planning and site coordination.

• Maintain weekly records for productivity and material wastage.

• Supervise workmanship to ensure quality standards and avoid rework.

• Participate in training sessions and continuously learn new software/tools to enhance skills.

• Suggest improvements in existing site processes and systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2024–2025 pass-outs).

• Strong interest in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, and Construction Industry.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Basic knowledge of construction and finishing works.

• Understanding of quality and safety standards at site.

• Planning and coordination skills.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a site environment.
