JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering graduates to join our Structural Design team as Apprentices. This role offers hands-on exposure to structural design processes in large-scale real estate projects. Apprentices will work closely with experienced structural engineers and gain practical knowledge in design validation, estimation, drawing checks, and technical coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide AutoCAD drafting and design support to the structural team.

• Prepare layout and sectional sketches of substructure and superstructure elements.

• Develop and maintain structural design worksheets.

• Prepare soil strata profiles and sections based on survey plans and bore logs, including ground and plinth levels.

• Prepare first-cut material consumption estimates (CE).

• Support BOQ and specification teams with structural inputs.

• Assist in checking structural designs and calculations.

• Review and verify drawings before release to site; maintain A3 check prints with mark-ups.

• Verify approximate material consumption against budgeted quantities at each stage of release.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2024–2025 pass-outs).

• Strong interest in Structural Design / Real Estate / Construction Industry.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Basic understanding of structural engineering principles.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
