JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic Civil and Mechanical Engineering graduates to join as Apprentices. The role provides hands-on exposure to Façade Design and Execution within large-scale real estate projects. Apprentices will work closely with experienced engineers, gaining practical knowledge in design coordination, façade systems, and building performance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support façade design engineers in preparing drawings, layouts, and technical details.

• Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into practical façade concepts.

• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and specifications.

• Participate in coordination meetings with architecture, structural, and MEP teams.

• Study façade performance aspects such as thermal insulation, air-water tightness, acoustics, and structural safety.

• Prepare technical documentation and design presentations.

• Maintain drawing databases and document control systems.

• Learn and use advanced design tools and digital workflows.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (2023–2025 pass-outs).

• Strong interest in Façade Design, Real Estate, or Construction Industry.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Basic understanding of construction and structural principles.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
