JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated candidates to join as Apprentice – Material Management. This role provides hands-on exposure to inventory control, procurement processes, and supply chain coordination within a fast-paced aerospace and engineering environment. Apprentices will work closely with procurement, stores, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and accurate documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in material management and coordination across departments
- Generate invoices and maintain accurate documentation records
- Support stock management and inventory tracking activities
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and PO (Purchase Order) processes
- Work on SAP MM module for data entry and tracking
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of materials
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely material availability
- Maintain reports related to stock, consumption, and discrepancies
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Supply Chain Management / Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers are welcome to apply
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of documentation and material handling
- Familiarity with SAP (MM module) is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
WORK CONDITIONS
- Plant / office-based role in Pune

PREFERRED CANDIDATES
- Candidates with internship/project exposure in material management or supply chain
