JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented graduates to join as Apprentice Admin Executives in the DC – Admin & Infrastructure team. This role provides hands-on exposure to facility operations, vendor coordination, and administrative management within a corporate environment.
The apprentice will work closely with Corporate Admin teams, location heads, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations, compliance adherence, and efficient infrastructure management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facility Operations

Monitor and manage daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and front office.

Ensure all services are delivered as per defined SLAs and KPIs.

Oversee day-to-day infrastructure activities to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
Maintenance & Repairs

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.

Conduct routine inspections of critical equipment and report breakdowns.

Liaise with vendors and contractors for timely issue resolution.
Vendor Management & Coordination
-
Coordinate with service providers, landlords, and contractors for operational requirements.

Manage electricity, rental bills, and CAM-related activities.

Track vendor performance and ensure service quality compliance.
Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliance (fire safety, waste management, etc.).

Maintain compliance records and support audits when required.
Administrative Support

Maintain records of facility expenses, inventory, and asset tracking.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Manage housekeeping, pantry, and stationery requirements.

Raise indents and track usage of consumables.
Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding facility-related concerns.

Coordinate with Corporate Admin teams and location stakeholders.

Communicate issues, incidents, and pending tasks to supervisors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in any discipline

Basic understanding of facility/admin operations (preferred)

Strong willingness to learn and grow in facility management domain
SKILLS REQUIRED

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
