B.E / B. Tech- Civil Engineering Apprenticeship (under the aegis of National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, Ministry of Education, Government of India) Location: Thane ,Dombivli, Wadala, Worli, Vikhroli, Byculla Percentage Criteria: – “The candidate must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and Graduation.” Organization: Lodha Group Key Responsibilities: â?¢ Assist with monitoring construction activities as instructed by Package Manager – including progress and quality, work flow sequence, coordinating contractor payments, safety and quality compliance â?¢ Learn new softwareâ??s /skills every year to enhance knowledge, suggest new ways /improvement areas in current working/system â?¢ Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills. â?¢ Support the team to get fortnightly and monthly plan from manager, understand the same and prepare planning for resources â?¢ Keep weekly record for productivity and wastage, if any â?¢ Supervise quality workmanship and avoid rework Requirements: â?¢ Percentage Criteria: – “The candidate must have secured a minimum of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and Graduation.” â?¢ B.E / B. Tech- Civil (2025/2024/2023-year pass-outs) â?¢ Strong interest in Civil Engineering/ Real Estate /Construction Industry â?¢ Excellent communication and organizational skills. â?¢ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
