We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our Pre-Sales Team. As a Pre-Sales Apprentice or Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers—helping them understand our offerings and converting inquiries into successful leads
• Make 100+ outbound and inbound calls daily to prospective customers
• Clearly explain product offerings and convince customers to proceed with the loan application
• Manage and convert qualified leads into actionable prospects
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Graduate (non-technical degrees only — excluding BE, BTech & Technical Diplomas)
• Eligibility: Must not possess a UAN or IP number as per NATS Apprenticeship guidelines
• Academic Requirements: Minimum 50% in 10th, 12th, and graduation
• Skills: Strong communication, effective persuasion skills, interpersonal acumen For Pre-Sales Executive (Post-PPO)
• Same responsibilities and skills as above, with transition to a full-time role based on performance
• Higher accountability in driving sales metrics and customer engagement
• Structured apprenticeship with potential for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
